Provide clinical and technical support for the Evoke® spinal cord stimulation system, including physician and staff education, product demonstrations, operating room/procedure support, troubleshooting, programming, patient follow-up, and building relationships with hospital and clinical staff to support sales and product improvement.

Leads global upstream marketing, portfolio strategy, product roadmaps, and new product development for a medical device platform. Identifies unmet clinical needs, conducts market and customer research, builds business cases, defines product requirements, and guides products through development and launch readiness. Partners with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Finance, Downstream Marketing, and Sales while managing global commercialization strategy, KOL relationships, and upstream marketing talent.

Leads U.S. market access, reimbursement, payer strategy, and the Smart Access Reimbursement program for Saluda Medical’s neuromodulation device. Oversees prior authorization, appeals, benefit investigations, vendors, coding and payment strategy, payer engagement, value-based contracting, evidence communication, and coverage advocacy. Partners with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Finance, providers, payers, and professional societies while building market access capabilities and mentoring team members.
