Validates Sand’s products and market fit in the US private sector by conducting customer discovery, defining target segments, analyzing competition, designing pilots, and developing pricing and commercial cases. The role translates customer evidence into product and go-to-market decisions, identifies product gaps, and recommends whether to continue, adapt, or stop initiatives. It is a hands-on player-manager position requiring close collaboration with engineering, technical leads, clients, and leadership.

Leads production delivery of intelligent, full-stack solutions across data pipelines, APIs, applications, infrastructure, and ML systems. Acts as the primary technical client contact, translates architecture into delivery decisions, manages technical risk, and leads a cross-functional squad of engineers and data scientists. The role combines hands-on engineering with mentoring, code reviews, architecture, product scoping, and client-site implementation in regulated and critical-infrastructure environments.

Lead end-to-end deployment and operation of cloud infrastructure and Symmetri environments for US customers. Provision, configure, monitor, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot cloud, single-tenant, on-premises, and air-gapped environments. Manage Kubernetes, networking, IAM, infrastructure as code, resource planning, incident response, runbooks, and root-cause analysis. Represent the company in customer security reviews and help establish US deployment and operations standards and teams.
