Lead civil, structural, and architectural design oversight and delivery for data center construction. Coordinate consultants and contractors, manage submittals/RFIs/change orders, ensure integration with MEP/IT/commissioning, monitor schedule/cost/quality, support site inspections and commissioning, validate pay applications, and provide technical guidance to project engineers.

Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed CPM schedules for data center construction projects. Monitor critical path, forecast impacts, review contractor schedules, perform delay analysis, and prepare executive schedule reports. Implement scheduling processes, support change order time impacts, and provide recovery planning recommendations to ensure on-time project delivery and compliance with contract and project controls standards.

Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed CPM construction schedules for data center projects. Monitor critical path, assess delays/risks, validate contractor schedules and change impacts, produce reports and dashboards, and communicate schedule insights to project teams and senior leadership while implementing schedule controls and processes.

The Site Operations Lead is responsible for managing site operations for data center campuses, overseeing maintenance protocols, managing teams, and ensuring safety and performance compliance, while providing excellent customer service.

Lead mechanical scope for data center construction: manage design through closeout, coordinate engineers and contractors, review deliverables, support commissioning, control costs and schedules, mentor project engineers, and ensure reliability and constructability of cooling and mechanical systems.
