Lead data engineering initiatives supporting analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence teams. Design complex data warehouse and data lake models, manage large-scale SQL and Python ETL/ELT pipelines, maintain data quality and lifecycle standards, and translate strategic priorities into actionable projects. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, architectural guidance, project planning, and cross-functional collaboration with product, infrastructure, and architecture teams.

Deploys, monitors, and maintains production infrastructure and services. Responsibilities include developing infrastructure and network best practices, supporting on-call operations, operating SDLC and CI/CD platforms, improving system performance, providing operational support for distributed applications, and analyzing uptime and production performance. The role requires AWS administration, DevOps or SRE experience, version control, scripting, Terraform, containerized AWS services, Linux, networking, and security-sensitive environment experience.

Lead analytical projects and experiments focused on customer and product behavior, lifecycle growth, segmentation, and engagement. Build data models, semantic layers, AI agents, dashboards, and reporting systems. Partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Data teams to define metrics, evaluate initiatives, and influence strategy. Apply statistical modeling, predictive analytics, causal inference, and experimentation techniques, while communicating actionable insights to technical teams and senior leadership.

Build and own backend services and REST APIs powering mobile and web applications. Design scalable systems, model relational data, integrate third-party services, write tested and secure code, review code, debug complex issues, and collaborate cross-functionally. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers, contributing to architecture and documentation, and improving engineering practices and release reliability.

Build and operate Python REST services integrating CRM, payments, and internal systems. Diagnose production performance issues, optimize asynchronous I/O and caching, maintain Salesforce integrations, deploy cloud services, and use observability tools to trace bottlenecks. The role includes testing, architectural design, on-call production support, incident prevention, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, DevOps, SRE, and product teams.

Own the strategy, roadmap, KPIs, and P&L for Self Financial’s Credit Building product. Partner with executives and cross-functional teams across engineering, risk, compliance, design, analytics, marketing, and operations. Use quantitative and qualitative research to guide product decisions, mentor PMs, establish product standards, and drive adoption of AI-assisted workflows across the organization.

Build and maintain customer-facing web, iOS, and Android features using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, React Native, HTML, and CSS. Integrate REST APIs and third-party services, write tested and accessible code, participate in reviews, debug issues, and collaborate with Product, Design, Backend Engineering, and QA while developing frontend engineering skills.
