As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will field calls and emails to and from our clients, their vendors and end-customers, and ensure day-to-day operational success. Working in our proprietary platform, you will help keep freight moving on-time and on-target for customers working around the world. Much of your time you will be tracking shipments, scheduling appointments, and trouble-shooting problems with specific loads. We are looking for someone willing to be dedicated to customer health and happiness!
