Owns a mixed Shopify and non-Shopify brand onboarding queue from post-sale through go-live. Guides brands through integrations, tracking, catalog, and payment setup; resolves escalations; drives stalled launches; and improves onboarding processes, documentation, and workflows. Partners with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to reduce launch friction and repeat issues. This is a remote, hands-on individual contributor role with approximately 70% queue management and 30% process improvement initiatives.

Own a queue of Shopify brand onboardings from kickoff through go-live, guiding clients through integrations, tracking, catalogs, and payment configuration. Resolve technical issues, prioritize stalled accounts, maintain documentation, provide coverage, and support process improvements. The role also handles complex onboarding questions, escalations, and mentorship for newer associates while delivering clear communication to brands and internal teams.

Own the end-to-end product design process from discovery and prototyping through implementation, QA, and launch. Partner with Product and Engineering to shape strategy, solve user problems, and deliver polished, accessible experiences across web and mobile. Contribute to the design system, use AI-assisted workflows, support rapid experimentation, and identify opportunities to improve product quality for creators, brands, and shoppers.

The Senior Technical Recruiter will lead talent acquisition for Product, Engineering, and Design roles, develop sourcing strategies, refine recruiting processes, and partner with leadership on hiring strategies.

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will design and implement APIs with NodeJS, develop UIs with React, manage data pipelines, and deploy projects on AWS.

Lead end-to-end brand and marketing design initiatives, create hero assets and scalable campaign systems, translate briefs into visual direction, produce marketing collateral across channels, provide creative direction and mentorship, collaborate cross-functionally and with agencies, and maintain a premium, consistent ShopMy visual identity.
