Slide UX Benefits Overview

Slide UX started with a lifestyle ambition. We wanted to create the type of place we wanted to work for! - Remote first, still connected. Wear your slippers. Sip the coffee you love. Nobody else is looking. But, we’re still tightly connected through a carefully crafted remote culture and People Ops program. - No crazy hours. Enjoy diverse work assignments in an agency setting, without the ridiculous work hours agencies are known for. You’re not going to get away with trading a commute for more time in the office even if you try; our management reviews overtime weekly to make sure Sliders are staying balanced. - Low-ego environment. We’re so humble, it’s hard for us to even write this list. 😉 Seriously, though: our aim is a culture in which everyone is learning and contributing, no matter their tenure. - Big brands, without the big company politics. If you seek exposure to big brands like AT&T, Capital One, and Meta, you’ll find them among our client list. But, as an in-demand outside group, our projects are fast-paced and free of office politics that come with working in house. - Small enough to make a difference. We’re small. Our owners and our clients know our people by name. Your individual success rolls up directly to the greater good of the organization, and we spare no opportunity to celebrate a win. - Take part in defining how we do things. We’re told our training and documentation surpass that of large companies. Take part in continually refining our processes and policies, mentoring new Sliders, and growing your own skills with clearly documented expectations for each role and level. Small company feel, big company benefits - 401(k) with employer contributions of 3% - All the insurance you need: Health, Dental, Vision, Long-Term Disability, Short-Term Disability, Life and AD&D Insurance, Supplemental Life Insurance. We don’t offer Pet Insurance, yet, but don’t tempt us - Generous time off. -- We take 13 or more company holidays celebrated each year, usually New Year’s Day + bonus day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day + bonus day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day. We’re closed for Winter Break between Christmas and New Year’s Day. -- We shut down every other Friday at noon, and we have a no-client-meetings policy on the Friday afternoons that we’re “in office.” -- We close early before every 3-day weekend. -- Plus, you get 3 weeks (120 hours) per year of PTO to use as you please, and 2 volunteer days each year! - Swanky setup: We’ll equip your home office with the hardware and software you need for the job. -Individual tech & learning budget: Your personal budget of up to $3k/year allows for training and personal equipment requests. - Bonus upon bonus upon bonus: In addition to quarterly discretionary bonuses based on profits, we also use client referral incentives, hiring referral incentives, and 401(k) profit sharing–that’s a bonus for your retirement account.
