Leads the accounting function, overseeing financial reporting, controls, policies, audits, tax filings, cash flow, and accounting operations. Manages the accounting team, improves workflows and automation, ensures GAAP and regulatory compliance, and provides financial analysis supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decisions.

Support the legal team by managing the contract lifecycle: draft, review, revise, and track agreements; assist negotiations; maintain contract database and key dates; perform legal research; prepare reports; coordinate stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely execution.

Lead accounting function including GL, AP/AR, payroll, financial reporting, controls, audits, and tax filings. Develop policies, streamline month-end close and automation, manage cash flow, provide financial analysis for forecasting and strategic planning, and mentor the accounting team to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
