Designs, administers, and improves Microsoft Intune and endpoint management across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. Manages device enrollment, configurations, compliance, security, application deployment, Autopilot provisioning, patching, and lifecycle processes. Develops PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automation, supports Zero Trust and regulatory compliance, troubleshoots complex endpoint issues, creates reporting dashboards, and partners with cybersecurity, infrastructure, identity, service desk, and digital workplace teams.

Perform financial analysis of payer contracts and revenue cycle KPIs, build models for managed care negotiations, generate and automate reports, query and validate data with SQL and Excel, create Power BI dashboards, identify trends and recommend improvements, and present findings to Revenue Cycle leadership and cross-functional teams.
