Provide integration and technical support for NCR POS solutions, install and QA software packages, diagnose and triage issues, manage technical escalations with R&D and delivery teams, debug existing code and deliver root-cause analysis while retaining project technical knowledge.

Develop and maintain UI components, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, consult with business teams, track project progress, mitigate defects, and represent IT in cross-functional initiatives while improving processes.

Manage solution implementation for an NCR customer with focus on integration across diverse topologies. Analyze customer data to recommend solutions and configurations, perform configuration, testing, and training, and support the full development lifecycle.

Perform SOA and web service test automation using Parasoft SOATest, design test strategy, execute end-to-end and regression tests, analyze and report results, use scripting (Java, Unix/shell), work with service virtualization (Parasoft Virtualize a plus), collaborate with global stakeholders; financial services experience desirable.

Provide subject-matter expertise on systems and application integration; TIBCO experience preferred.

Serve as an integration subject matter expert supporting design, implementation, and troubleshooting of integration solutions. TIBCO experience is preferred.

Lead and support TDHCA's CAPPS PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 implementation: analyze, develop PeopleSoft code and reports, build interfaces, perform data migration, and provide project-team communication and support.
