Develops and evaluates innovative online learning solutions using learning science, educational technology, assessment, user research, and applied experimentation. Leads pilots, prototypes, testing protocols, measurement frameworks, and evidence-based recommendations for scalable institutional adoption. Collaborates with faculty, research teams, stakeholders, and technology experts to improve learner engagement, personalization, accessibility, and educational outcomes, including applications of generative AI in online learning.

Designs, implements, automates, and supports enterprise Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and endpoint solutions. The role leads technical implementations, develops PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automation, manages SharePoint governance and lifecycle processes, troubleshoots complex platform issues, improves security and operational maturity, and partners with stakeholders across the organization.

Serves as a strategic finance partner for AI, technology, transformation, and operational initiatives. Develops complex financial models, forecasts, business cases, scenario analyses, and investment evaluations; assesses costs, benefits, risks, and returns; monitors performance and benefit realization; supports contracts and vendor evaluations; and provides actionable recommendations to executive and cross-functional leaders.

Designs, implements, administers, and supports IAM and identity governance platforms, including SailPoint and Microsoft Entra ID. Responsibilities include application onboarding, role and entitlement modeling, workflow and access-request development, automation, scripting, configuration, troubleshooting, platform updates, documentation, metrics, and tier 3 support. The role partners with application owners, developers, DBAs, architects, and other IT teams to improve access processes, security controls, system performance, and auditability.
