Requires Series 7 and 66 licenses, banking sales experience, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Supports commercial lending through customer prospecting, relationship management, credit analysis, portfolio maintenance, covenant monitoring, loan funding, credit structuring, and term-sheet development. Participates in sales calls, loan committee activities, networking, compliance, recruiting, and customer service. Maintains commercial real estate, investment, and working-capital lending portfolios while following banking regulations, audit procedures, confidentiality requirements, and information-security policies.

Manages commercial lending activities, develops new business relationships, and maintains existing commercial customers. Responsibilities include commercial real estate, investment, working capital, consumer, and mortgage lending; loan and deposit approvals; product marketing; credit and underwriting analysis; regulatory compliance; community networking; committee participation; and supervision of support staff. The role also represents the bank publicly, builds customer relationships, and supports organizational goals.
