Supports daily operations of a 55+ active adult community, including rent collection, budgeting, vendor and maintenance coordination, resident communications, inspections, and compliance. Conducts tours, processes applications and leases, manages leads, supports renewals, promotes events and social media, and delivers high-quality resident service. Helps achieve occupancy, revenue, expense, satisfaction, and retention goals while maintaining community standards.

Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offers and pre-hire activities. Partner with hiring managers, develop creative sourcing strategies, build talent networks, assess candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience. The role also involves improving recruiting processes, supporting ATS adoption, reporting on pipeline health, and advising leaders on effective hiring decisions.
