Leads product strategy and roadmap for homeowner-facing and wholesale partner experiences, including acquisition funnels, applications, portals, post-origination workflows, and partner channels. Owns conversion optimization, experimentation, martech strategy, business expansion, discovery, product metrics, and cross-functional execution. Manages product managers and product design, partners with analytics, sales, marketing, legal, compliance, and operations, and drives growth through data-informed customer and partner experiences.

Serve as a strategic HR partner to managers, owning performance management, compensation strategy, employee relations, workplace investigations, manager development, and people-related process improvement. Coach leaders through performance and team issues, analyze compensation data, administer merit and bonus cycles, and partner with Finance on commission plans. The role also supports workplace engagement and morale while improving People Operations policies and resources in a fast-growing startup.
