Drive strategy, revenue, and profit through the day to day management of the paid social accounts. Explore new opportunities and execute campaigns through all available social media marketing platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, SnapChat, Pinterest, and any others that align with the Spreetail brand.
Collaborate with the SEO, Organic Social, Campaign, and Creative internal teams to communicate campaign strategy to customers, monitor campaign progress, and speak to results.
Understand how to discover and build high intent target audiences, how to segment the audiences, and how to get the right message in front of the right target at the right time.
Creative with a full understanding of new content and ad type ideas and executions.
Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests.
Analyze the performance of the campaigns and channels. Make changes nimbly to ensure that all KPIs are being met or exceeded. Produce reports, studies, and presentations to internal stakeholders when required.
Highly analytical - Leverage platform data, internal dashboards and other data tools to create summary reports and effectively communicate campaign performance, identify areas of success/failure and optimize to exceed goals.
