This role leads Spreetail’s Partnership Development team. This team manages the company’s pipeline, on-boarding process and strategy for new manufacturer and distribution partnerships in which the company sources products for its customers. From Fortune 500 companies to small businesses, this team works with tens of thousands of possible manufacturer and vendor partners to identify and onboard the vendors that fit within the company’s growth and channel strategies.
The Partnership Development team both manages the process and data Infrastructure that serves the broader vendor management team and specific partnership development team members, and It also serves as a business development team that performs outbound prospecting, relationship building and the on-boarding for many of Spreetail's new partners.
This team moves fast, networks daily, builds relationships, coordinates with the vendor management and channel partnership teams, negotiates the terms of agreement and launch assortment, and on-boards partners. The team aims to add 1,000 partnerships per year.
