Manage fulfillment and strategic growth for China-based brands across multiple ecommerce marketplaces. Build competitive fulfillment agreements, develop account growth strategies, monitor delivery, inventory, customer satisfaction, forecasting, and sales metrics, and lead brand communications, reporting, follow-ups, and weekly business reviews. The role requires native Mandarin and fluent English, strong executive communication, independent leadership, problem-solving, and experience managing large ecommerce clients.

Lead cross-border and domestic business development to build a $50M+ GMV pipeline. Source and close strategic Chinese and U.S. brand partnerships, manage CRM/KPIs, negotiate commercial terms, represent Spreetail at industry events, and report results to senior leadership.
