Prepares and reconciles financial records, revenue, billing, inventory, journal entries, accruals, and general ledger accounts. Supports monthly close, financial reporting, audits, tax filings, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, internal controls, and process improvements. Investigates discrepancies, maintains audit-ready documentation, and coordinates inventory corrections with Operations and Procurement.

Processes invoices and payments, reviews expense reports, codes accounts payable documentation, reconciles payables with general ledger records, manages corporate credit card activities, monitors vendor inquiries, maintains tax and audit records, and supports accounting team projects. The role also ensures vendor tax identification information is collected and provides backup support to other accounting staff.
