Lead a global account management team to drive retention, migrate enterprise customers from perpetual licenses to subscription, and grow revenue via usage expansion, multi-site rollouts, and cross-sell. Build playbooks, forecasting, and cross-functional processes while personally engaging on complex strategic accounts.
