Work on a workover rig transferring rod, tubing, and casing sections, operate rod hoist and triplex pumps, perform rig maintenance, assist rig operator and crew, participate in safety meetings and inspections, drive company vehicles, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 75 lbs and working at heights.

Support HR initiatives across talent development, HR operations, compensation, benefits, recruiting coordination, HR analytics, and employee engagement. Conduct research, generate HR reports, develop resource materials, assist program implementation, and contribute to special projects under the supervision of HR leadership.

Support HRIS by designing and implementing reports and dashboards, running and analyzing HR/payroll data, resolving HCM technical issues, creating documentation and integration guides, and recommending process improvements to optimize HR integrations and user experience.

Support corporate functions by designing, building, and deploying AI tools and bots. Integrate LLMs and APIs, analyze data, build dashboards, document workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally to prototype and implement AI-driven automations that improve efficiency and reporting.
