Promotes NotaryCam title and settlement services through sales and marketing activities, expanding customer success, revenue, and market share. Performs complex analysis, interprets business environments, recommends process improvements, communicates difficult concepts, and may lead moderately complex functional projects. Works independently while supporting customer, operational, project, and service objectives.

Designs and maintains Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and end-to-end analytics solutions. Builds ETL processes, data pipelines, and data transformations, performs advanced SQL/DAX/M work, automates reporting (including approved AI tools), validates data quality, recommends process improvements, and presents insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Individual contributor who may lead moderate-risk projects and deliver user training.

Provides administrative and customer support to escrow officers during residential real estate transactions, including resale, construction, refinance, relocation, and timeshare closings. Follows established procedures, communicates with internal and external customers, resolves routine issues, and manages assigned workloads under general supervision.

Support production, publishing, personalization, and optimization of digital content across multiple CMS platforms. Build responsive, component-based experiences, run A/B tests and experiments, and collaborate with developers, UX, SEO, analytics, and legal to ensure accessibility, SEO, analytics, and governance compliance during site migrations and modernization.

Support real estate transactions by researching public records, examining property titles, and performing title curative functions to resolve discrepancies. Respond to customer inquiries, follow standard procedures, work under general supervision, and manage assigned workload within deadlines.

Provide legal underwriting analysis for title and real estate transactions by reviewing title searches, evaluating risk and exposures, determining premiums/terms per guidelines, advising counsel and stakeholders, solving complex issues, and guiding junior team members. Work as an individual contributor with limited oversight and may lead projects within the discipline.

The Claims Counsel manages claims under title insurance, interprets business environments, retains outside counsel, negotiates settlements, and handles a caseload involving complex legal issues.

Supports real estate title transactions through centralized clerical processing, communicating with branch offices, resolving atypical issues using existing procedures, and acting as a resource for less experienced team members while working with limited supervision.
