The role partners with Finance, Billing, Systems, auditors, the CFO, and Controller while building the revenue accounting function and potentially developing a team.

Designs complex workflows for receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory, and exception handling across scanners, tablets, and desktop interfaces. Conducts field research and usability testing with warehouse and supply chain users, creates high-fidelity prototypes, partners with product and engineering, supports design systems, and measures improvements in operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
