Lead day-to-day management of a major sports client: coordinate product, engineering, delivery and content; prioritize and ship work; handle incidents and escalations; own account planning, renewals, expansions, reporting, and executive communication. Work proactively across teams and use modern tooling (including thoughtful AI usage) to improve speed, quality, and repeatability while aligning to US Eastern Time and the sports calendar.
