Lead IT ownership of SAP FSM and EAM/PM platforms: design architecture, govern deliveries, manage vendors, supervise analysts, ensure integrations with S/4HANA, GIS and mobile, enforce testing and change governance, and drive platform roadmap and sustainability.

Support adoption and sustainment of process improvements by embedding MOC practices, assessing change impacts, defining readiness and sustainment plans, creating standard work and training materials, facilitating cross-functional alignment, and monitoring execution to ensure durable operational improvements.

Lead organizational change for process and technology initiatives, manage end-to-end project activities for ERP/CIS/HRIS/CRM implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, develop change strategies, communications, training, cutover plans, and measure adoption and change metrics to ensure sustained behavior change.

Plan and execute people-focused change initiatives to drive adoption of new processes, systems, and structures. Perform impact/readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, risk mitigation, communications, training, and leader coaching. Partner with PMO, IT, and business teams on UAT, cutover planning, Jira ticketing, and project reporting to track adoption and outcomes.

The SAP Technical Developer implements and supports the SAP ecosystem focusing on SAP IS-U, leading technical solutions and mentoring junior developers.

The Regulatory and Rates Analyst develops revenue requirements, supports rate changes, prepares regulatory filings, and analyzes financial information related to natural gas regulations.
