Serve as an early, high-impact customer-facing teammate owning inbound support across email, chat, and calls. Use AI tools to draft responses, log bugs in Linear, maintain help center content, synthesize customer feedback into product insights, and collaborate with product and engineering to resolve and prevent issues.

Own recruiting as Suppli’s first dedicated recruiter, with primary focus on engineering and product hiring and parallel sales and customer success searches. Source and convert passive candidates into first calls, partner with hiring managers, screen for quality, manage ATS and candidate experience, instrument funnel metrics, and build AI-native recruiting workflows. The role requires full-cycle solo recruiting experience, engineering fluency, strong outreach conversion, and 5+ years of recruiting experience.
