Leads Supplier.io’s global HR function and advises the CEO and executive team on workforce planning, organizational design, talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, compensation, benefits, employee relations, culture, HR operations, compliance, and HR systems. The role manages the HR team and budget while aligning people strategy, organizational capabilities, and culture with the company’s growth objectives in a B2B SaaS environment.

Develops customer marketing programs that drive product adoption, expansion, renewals, and retention for existing B2B SaaS customers. Translates product positioning into release communications, lifecycle campaigns, newsletters, adoption assets, and value-realization materials. Segments customers, identifies expansion opportunities, manages communication calendars, writes campaign copy, partners with demand generation, Customer Success, Sales, Product, and creative teams, and analyzes campaign performance.

Leads revenue operations and strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Owns HubSpot architecture, administration, automation, reporting, and data quality; manages the broader revenue technology stack; deploys AI for forecasting and lead scoring; develops revenue forecasts, dashboards, and predictive analytics; optimizes lead-to-cash workflows and deal desk operations; and establishes planning, pipeline review, and cross-functional operating processes.
