Build and grow a regional market through consultative business development, referral partnerships, and relationship management with business owners and trusted advisors. Generate and steward a regional book of business while partnering with a centralized delivery team for client service and operations.

Lead government accounting operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing a remote team of accountants, and optimizing processes for operational efficiency.
