The role manages sales funnels, prepares proposals, reports sales activity and forecasts, maintains customer relationships, and meets or exceeds monthly sales targets while recommending wireless products and services.

Sells wireless telecommunications services to state and local government accounts through prospecting and new business development. Manages customer relationships, renewals, upselling, account maintenance, issue resolution, and retention activities. Performs account analysis, data entry, system navigation, and customer service while meeting sales, productivity, renewal, and churn targets. Maintains product knowledge through continuous training and processes adjustments and credits within established guidelines.
