Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, product, design, art, and leadership roles. Partner with hiring managers and executives, develop data-driven sourcing strategies, assess candidates, negotiate offers, improve recruiting processes, maintain ATS data integrity, report recruiting metrics, and promote the company’s employer brand and candidate experience.

Administer and optimize the monitoring platform stack (Splunk, Cribl, Datadog, Grafana). Configure data pipelines, transform payloads (JavaScript), write SQL and platform queries, build alerts and dashboards, troubleshoot agents via Linux CLI, manage user access and RBAC, and partner with internal teams to onboard data sources and resolve platform issues.

Operationalize threat intelligence by managing feeds and IOCs, analyzing adversary TTPs, integrating intelligence into SIEM/EDR/firewalls, automating ingestion via APIs and scripts, supporting TIP deployment and tuning, and producing actionable alerts and reports for security teams.

Own and prioritize a platform tools backlog, conduct stakeholder discovery, write user stories with success criteria, partner with engineering and vendors, drive experiments and data-driven outcomes, communicate progress across teams, and participate in Agile ceremonies to increase adoption and time-to-value.

Design, deploy, and maintain scalable AWS and GCP infrastructure using Terraform and cloud-native best practices. Build automation and internal platforms with Python, maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, monitor systems and participate in on-call rotations, collaborate with security and networking teams, mentor junior engineers, and produce technical documentation and runbooks.

Lead global network architecture and security modernization toward Zero Trust and IaC. Design and operate cloud and on-prem networks, implement ZTNA/SASE and microsegmentation, drive network automation with Python/Ansible/Terraform, manage Arista/Meraki/F5/Palo Alto platforms, mentor engineers, maintain Source of Truth (NetBox/Nautobot), monitor with Checkmk, and participate in on-call rotation.

Lead design, automation, and optimization of cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines (AWS/GCP). Provide technical leadership, author TDDs/RFCs, establish enterprise standards and Golden Paths, build reusable developer tools and SDKs, migrate legacy integrations to event-driven architectures, and mentor engineers.

Lead the implementation and governance of ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping. Configure integrations, MID servers, patterns, APIs, and automation while maintaining CMDB health, data quality, normalization, and reconciliation. Drive AI and agentic workflow adoption for alert analysis, remediation, and anomaly detection. Partner with infrastructure and business stakeholders to establish standards and deliver scalable, self-healing IT operations.

As a Senior Vulnerability Management Advisor, you'll lead vulnerability assessments, manage remediation processes, and communicate technical risks to business leaders, while ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
