Reviews and validates client tax documents, identifies missing or inconsistent information, and contacts clients to complete files. Maintains accurate CRM records, manages a caseload, explains requirements and timelines, and advances complete cases to licensed tax preparers for filing. Requires tax preparation or documentation review experience, tax knowledge, strong communication, attention to detail, and active CTEC registration or a PTIN/CAF number. This role does not prepare or file returns.

Conduct inbound discovery calls, assess clients’ tax and financial information, recommend tax resolution programs, and manage the full sales cycle through enrollment. Maintain accurate CRM records, handle high call volumes and follow-ups, build trust with clients facing financial hardship, and consistently meet performance-based sales goals in a remote environment.
