Designs and develops competency-based e-learning, micro-learning, instructor-led curricula, and performance-support solutions. Conducts performance, task, audience, and gap analyses; applies adult learning theories and ADDIE or SAM frameworks; collaborates with subject matter experts; and uses authoring tools to create accessible digital and blended learning experiences.

Create graphics, infographics, visual templates, animations, multimedia assets, and e-learning interface elements for digital courses and instructional materials. Collaborate with instructional designers and project managers to visualize learning concepts, maintain branding consistency, and produce technically accurate training assets. Use Adobe Creative Suite, Envato Elements, and AI-assisted design technologies to enhance learner engagement across digital platforms.

Conduct manual and automated accessibility and QA testing for digital deliverables, e-learning courseware, training products, LMS interfaces, and documents. Evaluate compliance with Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 Level AA using screen readers, keyboard navigation, color contrast analyzers, and document accessibility tools. Identify, document, track, and explain defects; provide remediation guidance; audit PDF, Word, PowerPoint, SCORM, Articulate, and Lectora content; and maintain compliance documentation.

Plans and coordinates documentation throughout the course development lifecycle. Writes, edits, and rewrites technical manuals, reports, cybersecurity training materials, system security plans, and user documentation. Collects technical information from subject matter experts, creates illustrations and diagrams, formats training packages, and ensures accuracy, accessibility, quality control, and adherence to industry style standards. This is a part-time, fully remote position contingent on contract award.

Provides corrections expertise for curriculum modernization, e-learning development, and instructor-led training revisions. Reviews instructional courseware for operational accuracy, develops occupational subject matter content, and performs quality control on deliverables. Requires recent corrections field experience, knowledge of correctional facility safety and security operations, and familiarity with adult learning materials.

Lead the NIC curriculum modernization, e-learning development, and instructor-led training revision task order. Serve as the Government’s primary point of contact, direct contractor personnel, supervise technical efforts, manage performance, quality, efficiency, and business processes, and address contractual, programmatic, and resource issues. This remote position is contingent on contract award.
