Tekmetric Benefits Overview

Owns Tekmetric’s product metrics program, including outcome modeling, statistical analysis, dashboards, reporting standards, and data governance. Conducts deep-dive product and customer analyses, translates findings into recommendations for product and business decisions, and enables self-service insights across teams. Partners with Product, Engineering, and Data to improve tracking, taxonomy, data quality, and analytics infrastructure. The role also trains stakeholders and communicates insights to executives and leadership.

Leads strategic finance analysis supporting GTM decisions, long-range planning, customer economics, M&A screening, pricing, partnerships, and market expansion. Builds financial models, scenario analyses, and executive- and board-level narratives. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and executives to translate complex data into actionable recommendations. Develops AI-assisted workflows and automates recurring finance and competitive-monitoring processes.

Manage and grow strategic automotive industry partnerships for Tekmetric. Responsibilities include driving partner adoption, identifying revenue opportunities, evaluating commercial impact, structuring and negotiating deals, coordinating legal contracting, engaging C-level stakeholders, collaborating with internal teams, and developing scalable partnership processes. Frequent travel and residence in South Texas are required.
