Manage MSP client onboarding projects from kickoff through transition to Service Delivery and Network Operations. Coordinate clients, technical teams, vendors, schedules, budgets, documentation, deployments, and testing. Track risks, dependencies, resources, financial variances, and completion dates while serving as the primary client contact. Ensure managed IT services and onboarding requirements are fully implemented and documented before final handoff.

Provides Level 2 escalation support across Microsoft 365, Windows, servers, identity, networking, applications, and endpoints in multiple client environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, systems administration, monitoring, root-cause analysis, documentation, client communication, change management, small technical projects, on-call support, and mentoring Level 1 technicians. The role requires strong technical judgment, ownership, communication, and knowledge of Microsoft and networking technologies.

Designs, implements, and manages Microsoft 365 collaboration, identity, security, compliance, and governance solutions. Leads SharePoint, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, migration, and automation projects from planning through stabilization. Provides client consulting, technical leadership, training, documentation, security policy implementation, and post-project handoff. Mentors junior engineers and collaborates with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and support teams.

Perform MSP client onboarding and professional services projects: discover and document environments, deploy MSP platforms, execute Microsoft 365/Azure/Entra ID/Intune and infrastructure migrations, configure networking, servers, endpoints and security, validate and document work, and hand off to service teams while coordinating with project managers and vendors.
