Design model-agnostic LLM architectures, tool-use patterns, integrations, observability, evaluation infrastructure, and production services deployed on Kubernetes. Own systems end-to-end, including architecture, deployment, reliability, experimentation, debugging, and incident resolution across CRM, enrichment, outreach, and communication platforms.
