Manage product backlog, gather feature requests, document requirements, create user stories and acceptance criteria, coordinate releases with DevOps and Scrum teams, collaborate with QA and PMs, and report status to leadership.

Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML systems—particularly computer vision and real‑time inference—on cloud and embedded/edge devices. Lead model development, scalable data pipelines, training workflows, model evaluation, and integrations with firmware and enterprise platforms. Ensure performance, security, and compliance while presenting results to stakeholders and driving AI technology adoption.

Design and validate electrical and camera systems for mobile vocational equipment. Responsibilities include circuit and harness design, PLC/controller software development, supplier/component selection, creating test/validation plans and work instructions, diagnostics support, and coordinating field validation and project deliverables. Requires travel up to 30-40%.

Designs and maintains QA automation and lab infrastructure for embedded telematics/video products. Builds HIL/test instrumentation, develops test frameworks and scripts, validates CAN/vehicle interfaces, integrates CI, investigates defects, and supports continuous improvement and cross-team communication. Requires lab/network setup, tool development, and occasional travel (10%).

Serve as primary customer contact to onboard, train, and drive adoption. Monitor usage and KPIs, resolve issues, run business reviews, collaborate with sales/product/support, maintain CRM records, and support renewals/upsells. Travel up to 25%.

Lead regional product innovation initiatives including voice-of-customer research, new market introduction, TCO improvement roadmap, and the Genie Builder Program. Coordinate cross-functional launch and go-to-market activities, support demand generation, evaluate new products, and manage program execution and customer communications across global time zones.
