Manages and develops Project Managers, establishes account-management standards, and coordinates with Sales, Finance, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Production, R&D, Engineering, and Warehouse teams. Oversees escalations, risk management, forecasting, profitability, client negotiations, and cross-functional process improvements while ensuring client commitments align with manufacturing capabilities.

Drive quality system improvements through data analysis, root cause investigations, CAPA implementation, validation support, risk assessments, and cross-functional collaboration to improve process capability and QMS effectiveness in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Review and approve batch records and COAs, evaluate manufacturing and quality data, manage deviations/NCRs/CAPA and change control, perform root cause analysis and risk-based decision-making, support audits and continuous improvement to ensure GMP compliance and product release readiness.
