Leads regional marketing and sales strategy for senior living communities, driving brand positioning, occupancy, revenue, and move-in goals. Oversees marketing plans, sales execution, budgeting, CRM and reporting, staff training, recruitment, performance management, and community-level initiatives. Partners with operations leaders, executive directors, corporate teams, advertising partners, and owners to deliver measurable results across independent living, assisted living, memory care, and health center services. Travel is required 75–100% of the time.
