Lead regional Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) program implementation and compliance for the Central Water Division. Oversee HSE managers, conduct site visits, audits, incident investigations, training, and orientation. Monitor regulations, advise leadership on compliance, manage subcontractor prequalification, and maintain HSE records and reporting.

Lead development and implementation of project-specific EHS programs for water division construction projects. Oversee HSE staff, coordinate subcontractor EHS protocols, conduct incident investigations, ensure industrial hygiene and drug-free workplace compliance, deliver safety training, and provide regular EHS reporting to leadership.
