Provide after-hours and weekend concierge-level phone and ticketing support for multiple U.S. locations: answer inbound tickets and calls, deliver customer service to caregivers and clients via phone and email, maintain accurate records, resolve issues by coordinating with field teams and updating systems, accept coaching, and maintain professional, punctual attendance.

Lead and manage all corporate tax functions across the U.S., Canada, and Australia. Ensure tax compliance, oversee filings and tax provisions, partner with external advisors, support M&A, develop tax policies and controls, and advise internal stakeholders while leading and mentoring a tax team.
