Lead and manage all corporate tax functions across the U.S., Canada, and Australia. Ensure tax compliance, oversee filings and tax provisions, partner with external advisors, support M&A, develop tax policies and controls, and advise internal stakeholders while leading and mentoring a tax team.

Provide after-hours and weekend telephone and scheduling support for multiple care locations. Manage inbound tickets and calls, assist caregivers and clients, maintain accurate records, resolve requests through communication and system updates, and coordinate with field teams while delivering professional, reliable customer service.

Leads prospective client engagement and conversion for homecare services through phone, email, and web inquiries. Conducts discovery conversations, assesses fit, presents services, and guides qualified callers toward assessments or service starts. Maintains accurate Salesforce records, tracks leads, develops referral relationships, coordinates with internal and external partners, and meets call-answering, conversion, resolution, and documentation KPIs. Requires regional travel and collaboration across client success, operations, and sales teams.

Build and maintain financial models and forecasts, analyze KPIs and variances, ensure data integrity, automate reporting and dashboards, and translate operational drivers into actionable financial insights to support strategic decisions.

Lead FP&A for assigned areas: own budgeting, forecasting, board/sponsor reporting, investment evaluation, liquidity/cash flow planning, KPI/EBITDA tracking, and finance systems. Drive tools, automation, AI-enabled analytics, data governance, cross-functional execution, and develop managers and analysts to influence executive decisions.

Lead end-to-end FP&A planning and forecasting, enforce model governance, monitor KPIs and explain variances, identify risks and opportunities, improve reporting and automation, mentor analysts, drive cross-functional execution, and champion AI-enabled automation to improve forecast accuracy and analytical depth.
