Deploy onsite to support FEMA Public Assistance applicants through the full grant lifecycle. Responsibilities include participating in recovery meetings, preparing and reviewing FEMA Project Worksheets, analyzing costs and financial data, validating projects, supporting scope and project requests, reviewing payments, conducting site inspections, and performing closeout activities. The role requires strong knowledge of FEMA policies, stakeholder collaboration, organization, field readiness, and the ability to work in disaster-affected environments.

Lead nationwide disaster recovery and survivor assistance programs (IA, DCMP, housing recovery). Manage staffing, budgets, schedules, compliance with FEMA and federal grant rules, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and program performance. Provide technical guidance, audit-ready documentation, and support business development and proposal efforts.
