Lead design and delivery of cloud-native .NET services for a high-throughput trading platform. Own end-to-end systems, drive architecture and reliability, mentor engineers, participate in on-call and incident response, and occasionally contribute to React/TypeScript frontend work while establishing engineering standards and observability.

Leads a Trading Platform engineering team responsible for real-time order flow, execution, market data, integrations, reliability, and delivery. The manager sets team direction, hires and develops engineers, oversees performance and growth, drives operational excellence and incident readiness, influences technical roadmaps, and partners with Product, Engineering, infrastructure, and operations. Technical credibility in backend, distributed, high-availability systems and hands-on experience with .NET/C#, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes are required.

Own complex trading-platform escalations from reproduction through permanent resolution. Build production fixes, internal admin tools, automation, and observability improvements using C#/.NET and React. Investigate distributed systems, database state, race conditions, and integrations; participate in on-call and production incident response; lead post-incident reviews; and collaborate with engineering, QA, Cloud Ops, Product, and support stakeholders.

Lead development of automated API, UI, and end-to-end tests for a real-time trading platform. Extend AI-assisted test generation, build scalable CI/CD test frameworks for order lifecycles and market-data streams, reduce flakiness, triage failures, mentor engineers, and drive quality and testability across the product.

Build and own a framework-agnostic charting engine core and its React binding: rendering layers, real-time data plumbing, indicator math, drawing tools, performance (60fps) discipline, visual testing, architectural leadership, mentoring, and integrations across web and mobile.

Lead cross-functional release execution and operational programs for the trading platform, driving automation, documentation, and KPIs. Coordinate engineering, QA, product, and support to remove manual work, run recurring reporting, and embed scalable processes that improve reliability and onboarding.

Build, own, and operate cloud-native .NET services powering real-time trading, market data, and brokerage integrations. Ship features end-to-end, write tests, participate in on-call rotations, improve observability, and occasionally contribute to React/TypeScript frontend work.

Provide broad corporate legal support including commercial contracting (SaaS/vendor/software), corporate governance, litigation and subpoena management, privacy/cybersecurity counseling, and cross-functional counsel to product, engineering, compliance, and trader support teams.

Own and evolve core trading platform services: design and build cloud-native .NET microservices, APIs, and high-availability distributed systems. Drive architecture, reliability, monitoring, incident response, and mentor engineers while occasionally contributing to React/TypeScript frontend work.

Lead the Payments & Wallet product area: own roadmap for checkout, funding, balances, transfers, payouts, disputes, and new payment methods. Define PRDs, coordinate cross-functional delivery, run experiments and SQL-driven analysis to optimize conversion and reliability, manage vendors/integrations, and ensure compliance (PCI, NACHA, OFAC). Report metrics and quantify feature ROI.
