Senior revenue leader responsible for driving national new-business growth across enterprise, RFP-driven, and strategic LTL opportunities. Owns a national pipeline, leads full sales cycles, develops deal strategies, supports office-based teams with enablement and coaching, manages RFPs, and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure competitive, executable solutions and successful onboarding.

Sell NTG logistics services by prospecting and calling customers and carriers, quoting loads, coordinating with operations, building relationships, and driving new business growth while collaborating with team members.

Manages strategic client relationships, financial performance, service delivery, retention, and upsell opportunities for assigned transportation and supply chain accounts. Identifies freight optimization opportunities, leads cross-functional collaboration, provides transportation rate and analytical support, and guides client service teams. Requires strong executive communication, relationship-building, analytical, presentation, and transportation-industry expertise. Domestic travel of up to 40% is required.

Develops and supports logistics solutions throughout the sales cycle. Assesses prospects’ supply chains, documents current and future states, analyzes data, coordinates cross-functional teams, designs transportation and TMS solutions, develops pricing strategies, and supports presentations and technology demonstrations. Requires consultative selling, supply chain expertise, project management, client communication, and the ability to manage complex solutions for senior decision-makers.

Responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies for enterprise clientele, enhancing client relationships, and leveraging technological solutions in the transportation sector.
