Conduct outbound prospecting to secure meetings for Account Executives using Outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and events. Collaborate with marketing and customer success, learn the product, craft targeted messaging, and hit quota to grow revenue.

Owns the planning and execution of company-wide and team offsites, including destination research, venues, activities, schedules, travel guidance, vendors, meals, accessibility, budgets, communications, onsite logistics, and post-event feedback. The role also builds excitement, manages attendee experience, handles contingencies, and supports additional company and marketing events.

Own enterprise sales into U.S. colleges and universities, focusing on research participant payments, recognition programs, and student stipends. Build and manage an open-territory pipeline, self-source opportunities, navigate RFPs and procurement processes, and multi-thread across campus departments. The role is 70% new business and 30% expansion, with responsibility for quota, forecasting, account growth, and developing Tremendous’s higher education go-to-market strategy.
