Support payer-facing revenue integrity projects by preparing and delivering client invoice packages, processing receivables and payer inventory, maintaining bank files, submitting AP requests, performing QA on overpayments, updating process documentation, and assisting Client Success and Operations.

The Claims Analyst I will identify and analyze claim overpayments for health insurance clients, ensuring accurate processing and recovery while collaborating with team members and management to innovate solutions.

Review and resolve healthcare credit balance accounts by analyzing transactions, coordinating with provider staff, executing refunds or adjustments, managing accounts receivable, responding to follow-ups, escalating complex issues, and meeting production and quality targets in a remote, performance-driven environment.
