Tria Federal Benefits Overview

Owns and prioritizes product backlogs for CMS Quality Payment Program teams. Translates healthcare policy and stakeholder needs into user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria; coordinates delivery across teams and contractors; manages dependencies, roadmaps, testing, releases, and production issues. Partners with CMS, design, engineering, QA, and support stakeholders to improve usability, accessibility, workflows, and product outcomes for Self-Nomination, Targeted Review, and EPCS services.

Leads analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs for federal healthcare operations and technology modernization. Creates curricula, eLearning, assessments, and accessible SCORM content; manages VA TMS course administration; delivers instructor-led and virtual training; conducts needs and stakeholder assessments; and supports LMS deployment, organizational change, and operational readiness for geographically dispersed audiences.

Develop and optimize enterprise Drupal platforms, including multisite deployments, custom modules, workflows, content architectures, integrations, and migrations. Provide technical oversight for security hardening, performance, CI/CD, and deployments. Collaborate with DevOps, security, UX, product, and cross-functional development teams while mentoring junior and mid-level engineers and supporting federal compliance requirements.
