Manage a 12-OR department (88 FTEs) including PACU and Pre/Post-op beds, oversee perioperative operations, staffing, and physician relationships. Ensure high-quality patient care and strong same-day surgery HCAHPS performance, support department leaders, and sustain low turnover amid high case volume. Reports to the Director.
