Lead executive relationships with enterprise healthcare clients, owning client success, retention, renewal readiness, risk mitigation, and responsible growth. Apply deep healthcare revenue cycle expertise to improve collections, accounts receivable, denials, billing, and financial outcomes. Develop recovery and value realization plans, present performance reviews, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage escalations, identify expansion opportunities, and advise hospital CFOs and revenue cycle leaders on performance improvement.

Prepare and submit hospital, physician, and clinic claims; follow up on unpaid claims and denials; secure medical documentation; process rejections and corrections; manage appeals, credits, and readmissions; maintain quality, confidentiality, and customer service while meeting production and QA standards.

The role is focused on driving new business in healthcare technology, engaging with clients, and mentoring analysts, with success measured by revenue contribution and pipeline quality.

Investigate, analyze, negotiate, resolve, document and report consumer and commercial billing issues. Provide resolution options to customers, authorize billing settlements within limits, and adjust customer accounts.
