Leads enterprise AI fluency and organizational change management initiatives. Responsibilities include identifying AI integration opportunities, designing adoption and governance models, overseeing scalable learning and upskilling programs, supporting client presales, managing stakeholders, measuring behavioral and business outcomes, and embedding change enablement into technology implementations. The role requires strategic and tactical leadership across functions while adapting curriculum, guardrails, and operating models to evolving AI capabilities.

Administers and supports enterprise middleware platforms, including WebSphere, WebLogic, Apache, Tomcat, IIS, and Portal. Performs security remediation, vulnerability management, patching, compliance validation, certificate and identity integration, server administration, performance monitoring, JVM tuning, troubleshooting, and incident response. Develops Shell, Python, and JACL automation for deployments, configuration, certificate management, reporting, and health checks while supporting CI/CD, change management, documentation, audits, and production operations.

Leads organizational change management strategies and implementation for client and internal initiatives. Develops communication materials, training aids, graphics, and digital content using Adobe Creative Cloud; evaluates emerging technologies; conducts stakeholder, impact, and readiness assessments; supports Service Desk inquiries; and monitors OCM effectiveness to recommend improvements.

Manage IT changes through assessment, approval, scheduling, implementation, and review. Coordinate CAB meetings, evaluate risk and impact, monitor change execution, maintain ITSM records, analyze KPIs, conduct post-implementation reviews, improve change processes, ensure ITIL and audit compliance, and support emergency changes during major incidents.
