Teach undergraduate engineering courses across class levels, mentor students on engineering-related projects, conduct impactful engineering research or advanced technology work, and contribute to building the university and its Applied Engineering Lab. Faculty are expected to support multidisciplinary STEM education, innovate in teaching, and help develop the institution’s academic programs and practices.

Coordinates the university’s Talent Network and Community Relations initiatives. Manages student and partner databases, opportunities, deadlines, communications, events, mentorship programs, and outcome tracking. Serves as a primary contact for students and partners, supports resume reviews and professional development, and assists with the Parents Program, alumni efforts, commencement, and other events. Requires strong organization, communication, discretion, and relationship-management skills, with occasional evening and weekend work.

The Dean will design and launch UATX’s legal program, develop its curriculum, recruit faculty and students, manage the budget, fundraise, teach, and uphold rigorous academic standards. The role requires constitutional commitment, strategic and institution-building ability, strong communication, fundraising capability, and alignment with UATX’s mission. The Dean will prepare students for careers defending the Constitution and may come from judicial, legal practice, or academic backgrounds.

Lead and grow on-campus and off-site innovation labs; provide hands-on technical mentorship to student builders; oversee lab operations, safety, tooling, and project pipelines; run workshops and classes; develop new programs, partnerships, and facilities; drive prototypes from idea to working systems and support fundraising and external collaborations.
