Own strategic enterprise accounts, achieve revenue and forecast goals, and drive retention, expansion, and new business growth. Deploy and maintain AI enablement infrastructure (MCP servers, AI agents, AI features in SaaS), manage service accounts and API keys, automate and containerize services, support enterprise IT systems, document integrations and runbooks, and mentor IT support staff.

Lead strategy and execution for three domain websites: Webflow front-end development, SEO and AEO strategy, CRO experimentation, governance, analytics (GA4, Search Console), and cross-functional prioritization to improve traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Develop and grow strategic partnerships with ISVs, agencies, and consultancies to generate pipeline and revenue. Create joint go-to-market plans, execute co-sell strategies with Sales, lead commercial negotiations, define partner success metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to embed partners into enterprise priorities.

Lead North America segment marketing strategy and execution to drive pipeline and revenue. Localize global campaigns via events, ABM, digital and paid programs. Measure and optimize performance with Marketing Operations, partner with Sales, run regional events, and mentor a team of segment marketers to improve processes and outcomes.
