Requires deep healthcare domain expertise, SaaS product fluency, strong analytical and communication skills, and 7+ years of relevant experience.

Manages relationships with healthcare clients, supports product adoption and onboarding, reviews account health and performance data, leads client meetings, coordinates issue resolution, communicates feedback to Product, supports education and commercial opportunities, and helps clients use population health, quality, and risk adjustment solutions effectively.

Leads payer sales strategy and a national and regional health plan sales team. Owns pipeline, forecasting, bookings, and revenue results while personally managing major enterprise opportunities. Builds executive relationships across health plans, develops value-based care and risk adjustment business cases, coaches sellers, guides pricing and competitive strategy, and partners cross-functionally on deliverable solutions.
