Own and evolve a production design system in code used across multiple products: tokens, primitives, components, distribution, documentation, and adoption. Ship production UI work, ensure accessibility, enable AI-consumable patterns, partner with designers, instrument metrics, and drive engineering adoption and throughput.

Own the voice-of-customer loop for a product area: capture and structure feedback, build AI pipelines to tag/cluster/summarize signals, prioritize and translate them into engineering-ready work, surface patterns into the roadmap, close the loop with customers, and measure impact.
